Printoutlet guarantees the quality of the printing produced from the files that are submitted by the purchaser. This guarantee covers the quality of printing, the paper or card stock supplied by Printoutlet, and the finishing of the product.

As the content of the files are the responsibility of the purchaser, any issues related to position, size of item, size of type, color break or source color quality of the contents are not to be a cause for any claim when submitting the files for printing to Printoutlet.

If for any reason the files sent are the original native files and not high resolution PDF files, then any errors generated from the conversion of your native files to a PDF shall be proofed by you. The some of the preferences in native files depend on the operating system and application software preferences, and as we cannot control these preferences, certain items have a tendency of translating differently to a PDF from the ones that you would have approved on the native files on your computer. It is your responsibility to verify that the resolution, color of the source images and the position of all text, graphics and images are exactly as you would want. Any claims to these items shall not be entertained even if Printoutlet converted your files from the native files that you submitted to the high resolution PDF Files.

If you have asked Printoutlet to design your requirements for you, then we will ensure that the contents are of the right source color and proper resolution. It will be the responsibility of the client to verify that the contents are correct in size and position and the data contained in the item is to your approval, free from spelling or grammatical mistakes. Printoutlet shall not be responsible for the any issues arising from claims to these items after the approval is received to go to print.

Our guarantee for the quality of printing, the paper or card stock and the finishing of the product provides that if the product you receive is defective, then Printoutlet will reprint the item to your satisfaction without any changes to the content s of the item. Other than the reprint and shipping costs, Printoutlet shall not be responsible for any other claims whatsoever.
